PS WAIMARIE CHARTER RATES
PS Waimarie is available for charter for all kinds of special functions and private parties. There are two saloons on board, and the upper deck is covered.
The maximum total number of passengers is 130. Please note : this figure includes caterers, musicians and any other people you may wish to have on board.
Prices Effective: 24-10-2009 to 22-10-2010

Two hours $1980.00

Payment
A 10% non refundable deposit is payable on confirmation of booking. The balance must be paid one week prior to the charter at the latest.
Confirmation of booking
No booking will be considered confirmed until the deposit is paid and the booking form is signed by both parties.
Catering
There are several catering options and Whanganui Riverboat Centre staff will supply menus and help you arrange what best suits you. Alternatively you may arrange your own catering on Charter Cruises.
Alcohol
PS Waimarie is licenced. There is NO BYO. Beer and wines are sold at the bar – you may arrange to have drinks paid for individually or to have a bar tab for total payment due.
We have a Host Responsibility policy. Intoxicated people will not be allowed on the vessel. Intoxicated people will not be served.
Charters are very popular, so we advise you to book as far in advance as possible to secure the date you require.
